General Terms & Conditions:

 

 To open an account with Unique Distributions you must have a retail store or installation shop.

In order to maintain an active account with Unique Distributions it is necessary to order a minimum of $5000.00 in product per year. If this is not achieved the account will be closed.

Payment terms for orders placed online are the same terms that are already set up between Unique Distributions and dealer. New account terms are COD Money Order or Cash as default. Credit card payment option is available, contact us for details. 

Most items are in stock and ready to ship some items may be back ordered in which case Unique Distributions will do our best to contact you and inform you of the back ordered products on your order. We will try to notify you of substitutes for your back orders or notify you when the product is expected to arrive in our warehouse.

 

New Account Terms: New account terms are COD Cash / Money Order or credit card. Call for details. We also offer credit card payment options, contact us for details. 

 

Orders & shipping:

  1. Orders will ship according to the shipping method available, or the one setup on your account with Unique Distributions.
  2. Truck delivery orders (where available according to location please ask) will be charged $5 for orders below $500, $10 for orders below $300 and $15 for orders below $100.
  3. UPS orders placed by 2:00 pm will ship same day, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following business day.
  1. Pick up orders – Orders for pick up must be placed ahead of time. Allow 45 minutes for orders to be prepared for pick up. Pick up hours are 9:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 3 pm.
